All Good Things Perfume - Lush Review

This is my first opportunity to try out Lush Gorilla Perfumes, before this I have always stuck to my old favourites. I have become such a big fan of Lush that I couldn't help get caught up in all the excitement when they announces the release of their new fragrances. I thought I better find out if they can live up to my other Lush experiences.

When I stepped into Lush to treat myself to one of the new Volume 3 perfume range, I knew I would love Kerbside Violet and to be honest it took all my attention. So I was very surprised when after one spray I fell instantly in love with the rather plain looking 'All Good Things perfume'.

In appearance it is very simple, a yellow label with white text marking it's name, highlighted by a red border. I think it is safe to say that Lush are more than confident to let this fragrance speak for itself. It is described by Lush as a "rich, sensual and smokey blend of all good things. Both bitter and sweet, representing a parting of ways and celebrating new beginnings." A beautiful idea which I think this aroma has captured.

As with essential oil, perfume will be encouraged to emanate when heated. This is why it is best to apply to your Pulse Points. These are located on the inner wrists, the base of the throat, the inner elbow, behind the ears, behind the knees and in the cleavage. As you wear your fragrance throughout the day it will react with your body heat and continue to release scent.

Perfume application is very simple, depending on the type it can be just a straight forward spray or dab. If you have a solid perfume however it should be lightly rubbed on. It is best to avoid rubbing your wrists together however as this can cause the scent to be crushed. All Good things is a very rich scent, I recommend a simple short spray, which will still show this perfumes full potential.

It is created with a combination of skin conditioning Cade Oil, sweetly scented Tonka Absolute, balancing Cedarwood Oil and mood lifting Rose Oil. The fragrance has a strong, sweet and earthy smell. Once applied the fragrance mixes with your natural scent and develops. The woody tone soften and the sweet floral scent lingers for hours to come.

It is available as a 10ml bottle, a 30ml bottle or as a solid 12g perfume. It is a powerful scent and you do not need a large quantity when used. Not only is it beautiful but it is light to wear and well worth the value in money.
I love this perfume and would certainly purchase it again. It is a fragrance of many layers which perfectly suits the spring and summer seasons. It not only says That all good things must come to an end but also that all good things come to those that wait. This perfume is about being positive and enjoying life.

"Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened." - Dr Seuss

I highly suggest you take a trip down to your local Lust store and take some time to sample this new fragrance. You can also purchase it online with their other wonderful products at:
